If you could change to a higher reality, what would you be? How would your life look? Change can happen in increments, or quite suddenly, as most of us already know. In this angel message consider the role of change in your life and the correct placement of it energetically – from within to without. This is more than external or thought-driven change imposed on the self, this is self change worked with and accepted within the body and the psyche, change that pushes us to new levels we may not have previously anticipated. Also consider for a moment that this is the work of self love.
We want to say that the one writing this small tract has no idea what we are about to say. There are many accusations around about false channelling. We would wish to impress on anyone new that this one is fully protected, grounded and cleared within herself before she starts anything like this, indeed any spiritual work at all, which is very important as we move towards the higher light.

Normally I introduce a time delay between the angel message and when I publish it. This is not so important now. I am always circumspect about predictions and timings, and remind you, the reader to remain aware that many of these messages come through to hold an energy state, or to introduce it as a form of preparation for what is to be made manifest. With that in mind, I also say change is happening now.
The change accelerates now and into the future. There are some amazing things happening at many different levels.

A couple of months ago, I had a bunch of problems involving some online purchases and communications. Nearly everything that could possibly go wrong, did, which left me pretty frustrated. This is the background for this conversation, and psychic or spiritual attacks are something which I suspect are happening more now than in the past.
So, read with an open mind that this is a possibility in a world that is not only physical, but contains non-physical energies, of which emotions are a part. Sometimes attacks happen at night, I recommend asking Archangel Michael for protection in these situations. There are many protection techniques, but I think the simplest ones to meet the attack or intrusion are all that is needed.
I have been overcome with despair and sadness. It just seemed to come from nowhere…actually I just remembered something, that I felt extremely panicky before that, perhaps it was an adrenal response? It was too extreme for what just happened. And then I got the depression sweeping over me. Interesting. Then I discovered I had a headache and I felt tired.

It’s been a while. I have a few messages saved up, but the one that follows is the one that sticks with me. In the recent time period I have experienced the death of a friend, an illness, followed by a life review and a strange sense of disconnection, or what I call the gap – the emptiness that one can experience before the arrival of something new. I liked the term storm lights for this excerpt – it turns out I was thinking of heat lightning, but storm lights are what pilots use to prevent temporary blindness occurring from lightning flashes when flying through a storm.
…It’s like walking through a snow storm. The only way out is through. You go through or you go the long way to avoid so much snow falling on your face.

Sometimes when I’m meditating, I get interrupted [edit: by angelic types or higher order beings]. In these instances, as long as you trust the energy that is coming in, and you have your protections in place, it is always a good idea to ask if there is a message or take the opportunity to ask a question. Because it is on the non-physical level, it is always a good idea to establish a “call sign,” a regular symbol so that you can identify clearly and on more than one occasion who it is you are talking to.

I reproduce this message here not so much because of what it says, much of which has already happened, but more for where it leads. Many vaccine passport requirements have now been lifted in this country, but not masks in retail environments – although they are somehow not necessary for large social events involving crowds of people. Meanwhile I know more people than ever who have had the bug, but none have been hospitalised, except for a vaccinated family friend who had a seizure on the street and my old school friend who has been in hospital for chest and stomach pains.
My team encouraged me to have a break from social media, and like with cafes, something that once took my interest seems to have lost its appeal, as I look more closely at myself and what needs to be healed and understood. My own personal hope is for healing for humanity, for those who choose it, in the coming times.
